Update related family

Family members and /or relatives may want to pass the ownership of real estate to other family members/relatives, such as an ownership changes in beneficial ownership between Parents to Children.

Remove / Add ownership

Divorcing couples may consider removing the other’s name from the Title. Married couples may now want out of natural love and affection to add their spouse to the Title. Simply change their name and update the name on the Title, on death the deceased’s name needs to be removed for the Title.

Change ownership

A change of circumstance may mean the ownership could be changed to a family trust, ownership shares in investment properties refer to the proportion of ownership, and tenancy between Joint Proprietors and Tenants in Common.
