Buying Property Checklist

o   Get pre-approval from your lender(if applicable) and ensure within your budget

o   Carry out your own due diligence and the structural aspects of the home 

o   Inspect your dream home ie Door Jams, window tracks, floors uneven

o   Work through the settlement process with your representative

o   Arrange Verification of Identity and sign Client Authorisation

o   Transfer the property Title to your name
